Oh What Fun!

I love it when I open the vintage stash drawer and see the perfect thing to use! It happened today... I've had the zinc wrap bracelet sitting on my table for days... I opened the vintage supply drawer today, saw the red earrings and had a match :) I created the bracelet pictured. Click here to take a look at it in my store.

Imagine...

...she's wearing this necklace with her black dress. It's raining so she's under a black umbrella with the city lights reflecting off the wet pavement. She's running to get to the restaurant...

This necklace is made with English cut glass beads (rough facets) that I wire wrapped together with oxidized sterling silver wire. The color is amazing. One of those open the envelope and gasp moments for myself :)

The Last Leaves

There are two ways that my designs come to life. The first way, and most common, is when I stare at my supplies and ponder. The second way, and my favorite, is when the piece is inspired by something specific. This occured the other day and resulted in these earrings that I call The Last Leaves. Take a peek at the complete listing here. :)
